At Aasaka, our Care Assistants will be caring and attentive with the skills to build strong and trusting relationships. You will be promoting the residents’ independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care. You will assist residents with all aspects of personal care and support with meals and updating records.
Aasaka's Support Workers focus on giving advice, support and therapeutic techniques designed to suit every individual’s needs. You will support individuals with mental health and complex needs to reach their potential, maintain what is important to them, assist with personal care and everyday activities such as laundry, creating shopping lists, grocery shopping and attending appointments.
Aasaka supply qualified nursing staff to nursing homes, EMI homes, NHS Hospitals and mental health hospitals. We work very closely with our nurses and provide one-to-one support to those who are revalidating by providing CPD accredited online training that will maintain and develop the knowledge and skills that needed to perform in a professional context.
